Earnings vary based on hours worked, city, vehicle type, and service category. On average, our full-time drivers earn ₹30,000-₹50,000 monthly after expenses. Top-performing drivers in premium categories can earn ₹60,000+ monthly. We provide guaranteed minimum earnings for your first three months.

Do I need to own a car to drive with 1xquickcab?

No, while you can use your own vehicle (subject to our standards), we also offer company vehicles to qualified drivers. For company vehicles, a security deposit is required, and a daily vehicle fee is deducted from earnings. Many drivers start with company vehicles before transitioning to their own.

What are the working hours?

We offer flexible scheduling with various shift options. Full-time drivers typically work 10-12 hours per day for 6 days a week, with one mandatory rest day. Part-time options (minimum 6 hours) are available for evenings and weekends. You can select preferred time slots based on availability.

How long does the application process take?

The typical application process takes 7-14 days from initial application to completion of training. Background verification may add additional time. Expedited processing is available for experienced drivers with complete documentation.

Are there any joining fees?

There are no application or joining fees. For drivers using company vehicles, a refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required, which can be paid in installments. We also provide a uniform (two sets) which is complimentary.

What expenses am I responsible for?

For own-vehicle drivers: fuel, regular maintenance, and insurance (we offer discounted group policies). For company-vehicle drivers: daily vehicle fee and fuel. 1xquickcab covers major maintenance, commercial permits, and technology costs for all drivers.

How do I receive payment?

Payments are made weekly via direct bank transfer. You'll receive detailed earnings statements showing trip fares, incentives, bonuses, and any deductions. We offer advances for emergency situations and festive occasions.

What training and support will I receive?

We provide comprehensive initial training (3-5 days) covering customer service, technology usage, safety protocols, and city navigation. Ongoing training includes defensive driving, premium service standards, and conflict resolution. Each new driver is paired with a mentor for the first week, and our driver support team is available 24/7.
