Important information about bookings, cancellations, and payments
Advance Booking
While we accommodate last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability, we recommend booking in advance for guaranteed service:
- Airport transfers: At least 12 hours in advance
- Intercity travel: 24 hours in advance
- Hourly rentals: 6 hours in advance
- Corporate services: 24 hours in advance
For special events or peak travel seasons, we recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while managing our operational constraints:
- Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before pickup for local services
- Free cancellation: Up to 12 hours before pickup for airport transfers
- Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before pickup for intercity travel
Cancellations made after these windows may incur a charge of 25-50% of the booking value depending on the service type and timing.
No-shows without cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.
Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
- Online payment: Credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets
- Cash payment: Directly to the driver (inform at the time of booking)
- Corporate accounts: Monthly invoicing with credit terms for approved businesses
For airport transfers and intercity travel, we may require a partial advance payment to confirm the booking.
All fares are inclusive of base rate, distance charges, and driver allowance. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, night surcharges (11 PM to 5 AM), and tolls/parking fees.
Luggage Policy
Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage based on the vehicle type:
- Economy: 2 medium suitcases + 2 small bags
- Premium Sedan: 3 large suitcases + 2 small bags
- SUV: 4 large suitcases + 3 small bags
- Luxury: 3 large suitcases + 2 small bags
For excess luggage, please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle. Extra charges may apply for significantly excess luggage.
We cannot transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or unaccompanied luggage.
Child Safety Policy
We prioritize the safety of all passengers, especially children:
- Child seats are available upon request for infants and toddlers
- Booster seats available for older children
- Please request child safety equipment at the time of booking (at least 24 hours in advance)
- Additional charges may apply for child seats
As per Indian safety regulations, we recommend appropriate child restraints for all young passengers.

Common queries about our booking process and services
For a standard booking, you'll need to provide your name, contact number, pickup location, destination, date and time, service type (airport transfer, hourly rental, etc.), and vehicle preference. For airport pickups, your flight details are also required.
Once your booking is processed, you'll receive an immediate confirmation via email and SMS containing your booking reference number. If you don't receive this confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact our customer service.
Yes, if you've had a positive experience with a particular driver, you can request them for future bookings. While we'll try to accommodate your preference, availability depends on the driver's schedule and your booking details.
Don't worry! We monitor flight arrivals for all airport pickups. Your driver will wait for you regardless of delays without additional charges (up to 45 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights beyond the scheduled arrival time).
You can modify your booking through our app, website, or by calling customer service. Changes to date, time, or location are free if made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur adjustment fees.
Absolutely! You can book on behalf of others. Simply provide the passenger's contact details during booking, and we'll send the driver information to both you and the passenger.
We provide a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes for local pickups. Beyond this, waiting charges apply at ₹100 per 15 minutes. For airport pickups, the complimentary waiting period is longer as mentioned in our flight delay policy.
Yes, we provide detailed GST-compliant receipts for all journeys. Corporate clients receive comprehensive monthly statements categorized by department, employee, or cost center according to their preferences.
No, we practice transparent pricing. Your fare estimate includes the base fare, distance charge, and taxes. Additional charges only apply for extras like waiting time, tolls, parking fees, or specially requested services, which are clearly communicated in advance.
Yes, we accept cash payments directly to the driver at the end of your journey. Please inform us of your preferred payment method at the time of booking so we can note it in our system.
